Breast of chicken stuffed with sausage stuffing, topped with wild mushroom sauce.

Roast Leg of Lamb
Served with mint jelly and finished with rosemary dressing.

Veal Cutlet Parmigiana
Provimi veal cutlet topped with mozzarella cheese & baked in marinara sauce, served over pasta.

Baked Cheese Lasagna
Baked with ricotta cheese and topped with mozzarella in a marinara sauce.
